Here’s some background information so that you know a bit about me.
I’ve been teaching English courses at RCC as an adjunct professor since 2006.
I’m also a professor of Business and General Education courses at The College of Westchester since 2004 as an evening/Saturday instructor and since 2008 as an online instructor. I began teaching as a full time professor of the Adult and Online Divisions at CW in October, 2011.
I have a BS in Professional Communication Studies and an MPA in Not-for-Profit Management – both are from Pace University. Currently, I’m studying for my Ed.D. in Higher Education and Adult Learning through Walden University. The focus of my doctorate is the validity of graduate admissions testing for adult students.
As a fellow adult learner and educator, I am interested in all aspects of teaching and learning methods that support successful student outcomes. During the semester, I invite you to give me your feedback on any/all aspects of the course. I also encourage you to consider this a collaborative learning experience between you, me, and your fellow students.
