In the article “Achieving Diversity in Police Ranks No Easy Task” by Allen G. Breed and Sharon Cohen in the ABC News from September 14th, 2014 explain the lack of diversity in police’s all around. One police named Bill Carson from St-Louis suburb of Maryland Heights noticed a diversity problem. In a department of 79 officers, there are just one black and one Hispanic officer. In most areas, there are rarely more than two black and one Hispanic officer’s. Most officers worldwide consist of mostly Caucasian men. If someone is not a white male, they are considered a lower rank.

The article "LA Clippers Owner Donald Sterling's Racist Rant Caught On Tape: Report (UPDATES)" by Braden Goyette explains the situation in the NBA, where the LA Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, told his girlfriend that he did not want her to hang out with black people at basketball games, nor does he want he to post pictures with them on social media. On the tape, Sterling goes on by telling his girlfriend, V. Stiviano, who has been seen with Magic Johnson at basketball games, that he would rather she spend time with black people in private rather than in public, for the world to see.

There’s an article on Elite Daily called “Why Chivalry Is Dead, From a Man’s Perspective” by John Picciuto (http://elitedaily.com/dating/sex/why-chivalry-is-dead-from-a-mans-perspective/ ) which is about his ideas on why chivalry is dead. In summary, to Picciuto chivalry is gone, men no longer take women out on fancy dates with deep conversations but more like to bars with small talk.
