Have you ever stopped to cogitate about the reality in other countries? More specifically, have you ever thought of how some people are dealing with unfamiliar diseases to our everyday because of their poverty and lack of hygiene in their environment? While doing some researches on health issues worldwide, I stumbled on a couple of article that caught my attention. What I thought as a not existing disease in our century, the plague, is actually a daily fight for many people in Madagascar!

Alzheimer’s is a disease that is still a mystery on multiple levels. Researches are still needed to demystify all of the components of this dementia. For example, Violette Provost, 27 years old was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2011. Ever since she was 4 years old doctors haven't been able to agree on her case since it wasn’t clear that it was the Alzheimer's disease.

A lot of children experience bullying as they grow up. That can even start at preschool and continue until highschool. Most of the time, people that are bullied have a low self-esteem and they have difficulties to interact with other people. Moreover, they suffer from many physical and psychological consequences. For example, children's grades often drop and they are scared to go to school every day because mayver someone will hurt them. Also, people who are victims of bullying can be affected by those difficult experiences all their lives.

Bullying is a worldwide issue that I feel strongly about. There is no exact cause as to why individuals become bullies because each case is different but there are some common reasons. One might be that an individual might have low self-esteem and bring others down to make themselves feel better. Another may be the satisfaction of having power over others. For what reason an individual might bully someone can vary but the consequences are still the same. The ones being bullied are still walking away with fear, stress and resentment inside them.
