As I was growing up till now I never knew there was a such thing called the “man box” I tough the rules of the MA box was a regular thing that a man should do. Then when this was presented to me, I saw that this is something that was tough for us from a young age. Like if something happened an that you cry he's going to tell you stuff like “man up” or “man don't cry” and much other stuff.

          The article, “Has Ebola exposed a strain of racism?” by Hannah Kozlowska published in the New York Times on October 21st discusses how Ebola might have brought various racist attitudes in care systems, medias, politics etc. To support her idea, the author uses Thomas Erica Duncan’s situation, a black man who contracted Ebola and has been refused from a hospital. However, through the articles many experts gave their opinions about racism being an issue in the medical field.

           In the article “Montreal is open-minded, inclusive and tolerant” written by Javier Pérez Mandujano states that animals, are often more loving and has more respect and loyalty towards others than humans because individuals likes to be critical to one another. Mandujano was walking through Old Montreal and realized that his previous thoughts of the human kind was wrong. The city of Montreal is very open minded and accepting of other cultures, of other colors and of other sexual preferences. For example with the Little Italy and the gay village.
