China Hints that they are planning to make these changes in the next couple of months. An article that sparks my attention is this article about how social factors affect crime victimization in the urban community. This research was conducted in 16 urban household crime victimization surveys in Papua New Guinea between 2004 and 2008. The victimization survey, a survey given to individuals that are victims of crime, shows how there was a huge level of fear of violent crimes because most of these crimes occur in the victim’s home, group violence, and the policing not being effective.
