The National Rifle Association, or NRA, is an organization that “promotes and encourages” shooting guns. In the United States, it is highly debated on whether or not crime rates will fluctuate due to limits on the use of firearms. It states it is nearly impossible to separate the mentally unbalanced people from all the rest, especially if the person is a very committed and intelligent criminal (Gerson, 2012).
