The FBI has begun to see more and more cases of cyber espionage, and recently, many large corporations in the US had been hacked by five Chinese suspects. Wang Dong, Sun Kailiang, Wen Xinyu, Huang Zhenyu, and Gu Chunhui are the suspected hackers according to a “federal indictment unsealed last year”. Many emails and documents were stolen used as business strategies and to expose US corporations from the unfair trades they had made with Chinese businesses. These hacks have revealed that there are many security flaws that can most definitely be passed. Unfortunately for the US, they most probably won’t be making any arrests seeing as they have no extradition agreements with China. Instead, they hope that exposing them for what they did will embarrass China to the rest of the world. They also hope that by doing this, it will create worry and other nations will take more caution in how well they secure there country from cyber espionage and to reduce the amount of cyber espionage all together. According to security companies, they believe that cyber espionage will continue regardless of how well secured countries networks are.
