The company that I chose as ethical is Starbuck, a company that offers several types of coffee, pastry and many other products. Starbucks believes that conducting business ethically and striving to do the right thing are vital to the success of the company. Business Ethics Starbucks is a program that supports their mission. Business Ethics Starbucks is a program that supports their mission. They help protect their culture and reputation. How they do it? Providing resources that help partners make ethical decisions at work. The majority of their reports received by Business Ethics and Compliance involve employee relations issues. We can see this trend in ethical business several companies such as retail that provide alternative ways of communication within a framework of ethics and a compliance program. The program develops outreach materials, including standards of conduct. This is a company that I really like; I'm often in this store for my coffee. There is always an excellent work environment, employees comply. There is a very good business environment. This company is popular with people, there maybe a good reason. I believe it is because they have a good business ethics that wishes to transmit to their customers. The company logo is a siren was to capture the seafaring history of coffee and Seattle roots. There were a lot of books focused on the sea and this is where the founders found the mermaid carved on wood. For many people in the world, it is a sign of the best coffee in the world. It is the true face that Starbucks home, she has always been there. It perfectly represents the company

When I think about a big franchise, I don't think about ethics. Actually, I am surprised that Starbucks is an ethical company. It is true, in a Starbucks you can feel the good atmosphere. The employees seem almost happy to be there. Also, it is a good idea to have motivated employees because, as you said, it shows. This atmosphere seems to be liked by people, like you, and I do believe that customers go to Starbucks not only for their coffee.

As Minou22 said, at first sight I didn't think Starbuck was an ethical business. I agree that employees looks happy but Starbuck treats people who works in the shop well, but in the production process I heard that they exploit the famer who harvest the coffee and the raw material. I wish for the company that those rumors are false.

Hi Andréane,

Don't forget to check your grammar on Virtual Writing Tutor and Word. Your text feels like you were paraphrasing from your sources. All the verbs agree in the first part, and then when you talk about your own experience, some sentences don't even get a verb. Also, make sure that your verbs and subject agree! Try to put your text into your own words as well. Some of the words that you used are very sophisticated, and that seems odd when they are used with simpler terms.

Mistakes that I usually tend to over my grammar, I must give much time to check my mistakes. I also must learn to better structure my sentences, I speak English as if it was French, so I construct my sentences word by word, which is not good. I think I will be more attentive when I will write text because some of my mistake is stupid, so I will try to be more attentive. Also, I use the word 'the' as if it were le or la, but it’s not the same thing, so I need to be more careful.  These day, he have a lot of correction tool on Word, web,etc.. So, I can use them to correct my mistake.

I like Starbuck! I don't drink coffee but I like their pastry and their chocolate drink. It's so good! I knew this company is very popular but I did not know that this an ethical canadian company. Their product are more expensive than others same company and I understand why. Their products is good quality and they made with an ethical thinking.

Likeable article! It's interesting to know the meaning of the logo! I never took the time to make a research about it so I'm glad you did.  I agree with you, the strabucks coffee is the better coffee that someone can take every day, but it's a little bit more dispendious than a regular coffee at tim hortons. And about the ethical, when I buy a coffee in the store, I don't really think about the ethical of the business, but employes are lovely with everybody.
