Alcohol in the Russian Federation

Abstract

Alcohol is a toxic substance that is distributed freely to all adults without informing the consumer of its dangers. In order to improve personal life expectancy and reduce health problems In society in general it's important to understand the problems created by alcohol. In order to understand the problem, the author of this essay used three articles about the issue of alcohol in the Russian Federation. One is about how alcohol drastically lowered life expectancy for men in Russia. The second one is about the risk of high blood pressure due to alcohol. The third one tries to quantify the consumption of alcohol in the Russian Federation. The research culminates into a comparison of three solutions to the problem in which the best one is to improve the economic stability of the country to motivate the population into working instead of drinking.
