Let me ''wake up'' you

There we are, such as teenagers who have to wake-up at five in the morning and who are going to bed at midnight. To keep our terrible habits, sometimes we take energy drinks. But are we really understand the future consequences of taking these drinks?
I know it’s hard to going through your day without any help… But I think we don’t care about the other face of ‘Red bull’. A study proofs that 66% of the person who buy energy drinks are aged between 13 and 35. That is exactly the time of our life when we exhausted ourselves. Honestly, I have been surprised by all the substances contained in the energy drinks that even the doctors can’t figure it out! They also said that ‘healthy eating, exercise and adequate sleep are better ways to get sleep’ and I totally agree with that.
Red bull is artificial, before it comes out, nobody need it to feel awake and good. We should base on healthy habits to feel good in the day and don’t feel like you’re going to fall asleep in the classes. I’m definitely not the right person to tell you what do you because I take coffee regularly but… Simply just think before abusing them.
