Falling in love… It is more than sentimental!

I always thought that falling in love was about meeting the right guy at the right moment and once you have known him, you can say you fall in love. But when I read this article, I realized it was more physical than it appears.
A study made by Syracuse University concludes that falling in love only takes a fifth of second. When you meet someone that you found attractive, your release some chemical fluid that state you in a euphoric high. In addition, the more interesting thing is about the feeling you feel every day when you are in love. The happiness you feel is not all about “your man”. The sexpert Simone Bienne states that when we are in love, the brain releases a lot of chemicals like phenethylamine, dopamine, and oxytocin that make our senses hyper alert. Thus, we are more tempted to create bonds and to attach ourselves to the one for who we have an attraction. So the more secretions we have, the more desires we have for the person. Therefore, you could have hundreds times those sweet feelings.
I was really surprised by this study, and release too because it means that it is not always our fault if we fall in love with the “wrong and bad” guy. I found this article in the Cosmopolitan magazine, therefore, it is not the best source to relate on. But they provide a lot of University quotations. The only problem I found was when they cited Simone Bienne. They did not mention what this “sexpert” have done or where she came from. However, this is still a good article and it is an interesting subject for girls!
