I personally have back pain and more specifically a lumbar sprain, so when I saw an article giving five tips to have a better posture, I automatically clicked on the link. I know my posture is always bad and when I try to maintain a good position, I always fail at it because I forget to keep my back straight. But I know I’m not the only one having posture or back troubles so that’s why I recommend reading this article.  Even if you think your posture is good, you could be surprised!


When I started reading it, I immediately repostured myself on my chair.  The first tip is to stand up. It says that if you sit all the time it would make you look tired and inactive. This has nothing to do with back pain but it is another reason to be dynamic and to stand up more often. But what I like in this article is the tips they give for people who has to stay sit for school or at their job, for a long period of time. For example, they tell you how you are supposed to be sit and how your computer or cell phone or Ipad are supposed to be placed on your desk. Actually, when you’re reading something on a cell phone or a tablet, it has to be in your hands, not on the desk!
