Census: Whites a Minority in US by 2043

The White population in the US is facing a new issue: the number of deaths is much higher than the number of births. Hispanics, blacks and Asians now represent the majority of births in the country. Minorities that used to be discriminated against will now become the majority of the population and an important part of the United States economy. This is only a question of time before it becomes reality.
I think that this article clearly indicates the present situation in the United States. Whites are getting older and the new generation will surely be led by Hispanics, blacks and Asians. It is not a surprise to see that the situation will reverse in a couple of years: minorities will no longer be separated. I hope this will put an end to racism and discrimination.
Do you think there will still be racism and persecution against minorities in the US? If so, who will suffer and why?
Will Canada experience the same situation? Which minorities will there be?
