"The number of the poverty"

by Tomoya on June 5, 2014 - 2:55am

I would like to explain about poverty children in the world. Especially, I focused on the hunger. There are many poverty children in the world. It is about 870 million people of the 7 billion people in the world. I think it is too much people. Also, one in eight, were suffering from chronic undernourishment 2010 to 2012. In addition, we should be focus on their problem. Many children don’t have the food, or money, so they can’t eat it enough. The number of undernourished people decreased nearly 30 percent in Asia and the Pacific from 739 million to 563 million. However, there are also hungered children in the world. Especially, like Africa, there are kinds of the children, I think. When I think about the problem, I often think why the government in the world, which can’t help their problems. In my opinion, the government should be focused about it more.

Children are the most visible victims of under nutrition. Also, children who are poorly nourished suffer up to 160 days of illness each year. Poor nutrition plays a role in at least of the 10 million child deaths each year. According to the statistics of the poverty in the world, many poor children have some disease. However, they almost can’t go to the hospital. I think the government should think the solution about it. Also, I think if the government do any activities for the poverty, it will be better than the current.

The estimated proportions of deaths in which under nutrition is an underlying cause are roughly similar for diarrhea, malaria, pneumonia, and measles and so on. The main nutrition can also be caused by disease, such as the disease that cause diarrhea, by reducing the baby’s ability to convert food into usable nutrients. The poverty in case of Japan is fewer than any other countries. However, such as this situation makes me sad. Also, I think that we try to reduce these problems. If we don’t focus on these problems, they will not be advanced other countries in the future.

Finally I would like to explain about the progress in reducing the number of hungry people. The target set at the 1996 world food summit was to halve the number of the undernourished people by 2015 from their number in 1990 to 1992. The target set by the Millennium goals which halving the proportion of hungry people by 2015.Progress using the old estimate of world hunger. The number of undernourished people in developing countries using the old estimate was 824 million in 1990 to 1992. In 2010, the number of had increased to 870 million people, so rather than being cut in half to 420, the number has increased to 870 million.

I agreed with these programs, because it helps for the poverty. In Africa, the most people of poverty. I think especially we should help them. Moreover, we need to take part in the volunteer for other countries. In case of Japan, the tsunami was attacked to Tohoku such as Miyagi, Iwate, and Fukushima prefecture. Because of tsunami, many people were dead. At this time, all of the people in Japan were feeling sad. However, the government tries not to repair these situations, so I think the government should cooperative. Also, they have to repair an effort these problems, in addition, they should have more cooperatively. Otherwise the poverty will not reduce in the world.

i read your post sentence, i agree with your opinion, because i think so, in fact there are many poverty children in the wolrd, but i also think about goverment is not so bad. i think helping a lot of people from hunger is very difficult. however your are saying is right. thank you!!

I rean your article. I think your opinion is greate because I think so too.
However, I think gorvernment do their best for hunger people.

Your article focused about the worldwide issue of hunger. However, and I am sure that you are aware of it, many people in your local community face poverty and, therefore, do not have enough money to eat properly. As an individual, what you can do to help is to give money, toys, and non-perishable food to a non-profit organism called La Grande Guignolée des Médias. In 2013, they raised 2,5 million of dollars in order to buy food for Quebeckers who are in need. In December, all across Quebec, they always need volunteers and, of course, people’s generosity!
